	Paul James is the pastor of the Church of the Last Watch and the leader of a group called Christians Rising to Oppose Satan's Spawn (C.R.O.S.S.).		Simon Crowe is a pawn shop owner. He is also, despite Acelyn's doubts, really a wizard.
	Dr. Anthony Stephens is a biology professor and the graduate student assistant supervisor.		Grendel is another of Dr. Francis's experiments, who did not turn out so well. Acelyn thought he was dead ...
	This creepy guy approached Mac and Nick in the cemetery. They didn't stick around long enough to learn much about him.		Linda White is Morgan's hard-working, much-beloved mother.
