| Sugar-free, low-fat yogurt with fruit in it counts as milk, which counts as meat. Sugar-free, fat-free ice cream with fruit in it counts as bread. Eating a bowl of said ice cream with said yogurt in it is, on this diet plan, the same as eating a sandwich.
I finished watching the Animatrix. Being very short movies, few of them had a lot of plot but most of them had a whole hell of a lot of style. There are a couple of things that answer some of the mysteries, or at least add to the information heap. Of course you already know what happens in "Final Flight of the Osiris" (aka "CGI Fan Service by Squaresoft") if you've seen Matrix Reloaded. I didn't like "Matriculated" very much though it had a couple of cool concepts... it's a bit too much on the American acid trip side of animation, more like Heavy Metal than Cowboy Bebop or Ninja Scroll.
Waffling on the phone thing. I held the precious Nokia yesterday. Meh. The keys are all at the extreme bottom of a topheavy phone, so it's awkward to dial (and no doubt, even more awkward for texting). If I do the Amazon thing, I am out $300 for 8-12 weeks (it's a rebate thing after you get your first month's bill), there's a bigger hassle signing up, and a freaking huge hassle if you have to return the phone. If I go for a different phone at a T-Mobile store, I have the advantage of it being common (accessories without special ordering them), easily exchanged or serviced, and I make Jennifer at the store happy. ;) And I get a smaller phone, maybe not color but still good. I don't need Bluetooth (and would have to buy hardware to support it anyway, probably more expensive than a data cable for other phones), and the camera would be nice but it's not vital.
Morrowind continues to be a blast. House Telvanni is more fun than the Mage Guild and the rewards have been better. I've been racing through its quests to the exclusion of all others, and not doing extraneous hunting -- so I'm trying to build a stronghold but I'm only level 4, maybe 5. ;)

I've been looking into buying a cell phone, as well, and I've come across this one which looks pretty nice for it's price:

Only thing is that, from the pictures, the color looks a bit washed out. I saw one at Best Buy the other day, and the color isn't really not as bad as the pictures make it out to be, but it's not up to the quality of some more expensive phones out there.
I've been deciding whether I should go for a really expensive phone that'll be nice for a few years, or buy a pretty inexpensive one now and see how well carrying a cell phone suits me. I don't want a really nice one and then end up never using it. Decisions, decisions. :)

Don't know about you guys, but, in the past I swore I never needed a cell phone. Low and behold, saw the price, used a friends and said, "why have a dial up and a cell when I can just have a cell?"
So....three years later I still don't have a 'hard line'.

Yeah, I think the 720i is what Steph has. Not bad.
I decided on the Nokia 3650 from Amazon after all. If I order from T-Mobile I still have to wait for a rebate. I could get a Sony Ericsson T300i with camera attachment for $.01 and a $99 rebate, but the processor is apparently very slow (even when just dialing) and reception isn't good. The reception is supposed to be well above average for the Nokia.
Reviewers at one site said to think of it as a PDA-camera-cellphone hybrid (GOOD), but with a cellphone interface (BAD), but the key is I can get it cheap (VERY GOOD). I have a PDA and a digital camera, and they are never used because they don't ever ride around with me. I bet I'll upload more pictures of things to my website in the near future. ;)

...and it's ordered. I actually got a "cannot find server" error on the confirmation page after the order went through, but the email appeared in my inbox so it did indeed happen. ;)
